Sharing files

Sending files to your Wondertabs team, and downloading the files shared with you.

Go to sign in

Send files to the team

  1. Open the project and choose the Files tab.
  2. Under Upload files, choose Choose files. You can send up to 10 files at a time, up to 25 MB each.
  3. Choose Upload file (or “Upload 3 files”, and so on).

To add a file to a task, open the task and use its Attachments. Programs, scripts and web pages (like .exe, .js or .html files) can't be uploaded.

The virus check

  • Every file is checked for viruses before anyone can download it. Until then it shows Scanning for viruses…. Reload the page after a minute to see the result.
  • A file that fails the check shows Blocked — failed the virus scan and can't be downloaded.

Download a file

Choose Download next to the file. The download link only works for a few minutes, so to share a file with a colleague who is on the project, point them to the portal rather than the link.
